Terms

	A Gift Certificate may be used all at once or over several visits. A new gift certificate will be created for any balance.
	Balances of less than 20% of face value, and not more than $100.00, may be refunded in cash upon request. Additional balances would be forfeited.
	Our Gift Certificates expire two years from date of initial purchase.
	Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
	Gift Certificates are treated as "money" and must be surrendered at time of purchase. If a Gift Certificate is lost, please contact us immediately.
